Store cool, dry and dark for the longest possible shelf life! Optimum 60 degrees F., Good 65 degrees F. and acceptable 68 degrees F. You are getting a little too warm at 70 degrees F. Please, do not store long term storage foods in the kitchen! Kitchens get too warm, which shortens shelf life!
