The Barracks
is currently used by the US Military.
It is built to U.S. Military specifications and is approved by the
US Military! It is not currently CSA approved. MULTI-FUEL SYSTEM! The Space-Barracks Heater is individually packed, self
contained, and produces from 20,000 to 60,000 BTU (adjustable
output control) from a 19"W x 35"H x 22.5"D, 88
lb. unit. (100 lb. with the stack assembly, and boxed). It
includes the same fail-safe, non-flooding vaporizing burner
which is controlled by adjusting an attached fuel control valve.
It is designed for use with DF1, DF2, DFA, JP8, JetA1 and
Kerosene fuels!

#5296 and #5298, but without Fuel Tank. -- Hunter's
Fuel System. Fuel Tank not shown in picture. Includes
5 gallon Jerry Can, 10' of Military Specification Hose, Shut off Valve,
Quick Connect Coupler, Primer Bulb and Fuel Filter.
- To be used only with Trekker, Expedition and Prospector model
space heaters / stoves for temporary installations such as tents,
cabins, etc.
- To be used and installed in accordance with the
heater installation
and operation manual and in accordance with the requirements of the
local Authority having Jurisdiction.
- Install fuel tank 12" higher than the oil valve (gravity fed)
and out of the structure.
- Be sure that the quick connect coupler is properly locked in
position before allowing fuel to flow.
- Squeeze primer bulb for first time use until fuel enters the
carburetor and you feel the resistance.
- Check for fuel leaks prior to use!
- DO NOT USE FOR PERMANENT INSTALLATIONS.
